We make all drinks fresh as you order them We use fresh Prairie farms milk. Our water is tripled filtered prior to use using a softener, large carbon filter and an on-demand reverse osmosis unit.
Bakery
Our bakery products are fresh-made locally and delivered daily. Ice cream is sourced from Prairie Farms.
The Hawthorn Tree
We developed The Hawthorn Tree as a local gathering spot for good coffee, great bakery items and ice cream, and a place to showcase quality products from local merchants. A portion of all proceeds benefit local and county charities.

In carlinville, we are open 6:30am-5pm weekdays and 8am-4pm Saturdays. Closed Sunday
The Drive Thru Location is open 6 am – 4 pm Monday through Saturday and 8 am – 2pm on Sunday
